Discover This 7 Second Daily Ritual

That Melts Away Up To 47 Pounds Of Nagging Fat

...With ZERO restrictive dieting, exercise, or even leaving the house

Now hundreds of women are using this simple solution to rapidly slim down to their most trim and energetic self..

  • Secret Ingredient Works Magic on a Stalled Female Metabolism[1]
  • Speeds Off the “Hard-To-Lose” Menopause Fat[2] Around Your Tummy After 35
  • Wakes Up Your Metabolism & Suddenly Start Losing Pounds of Fat Every Week

Is it really possible for women over 40, 50, 60 to melt away belly fat and completely reshape their body at any age?

The answer is yes.

And it involves activating one tiny yet powerful hormone…

That basically controls the female metabolism along with every other female fat burning hormone.

Which is why it's being called the “Holy Grail Of Female Fat Loss Hormones” for women over 35.

When this forgotten and misunderstood hormone is humming along...

It dramatically accelerates the female fat-burning metabolism like you're a fit 20 year old again.

And you have so much energy you feel like you could run a marathon every day…

When This
“Holy Grail” Hormone Is LOW...

The female metabolism and any chance of rapid fat burning slows down to a sluggish crawl…

Your body desperately hangs on to fat, especially around the belly, no matter how healthy you eat...

And you feel tired all the time no matter how much rest you get.

This is why so many women over 40, 50, 60 are still struggling to get the scale to budge.

I would know, I used to be one of them.

When This One
“Holy Grail Hormone” Is HIGH...

Your body quickly releases a lot of fat…

You feel energized and confident…

The food you eat doesn’t get stored as padding around your middle…

And you have more freedom with your diet…

Because every last calorie isn’t being stored as fat anymore.

Unfortunately, most women are stuck with slow metabolisms as they age[3]

And so they eat less…

Exercise more…

And that only makes things worse.

The Good News Is

You Can Turn On
This Holy Grail Hormone Using A
Simple Morning Ritual That Takes
Less Than 10 Seconds Each Morning

No matter how old you are…

No matter your physical condition…

And no matter how much weight you have to lose.

Because once you get your metabolism “unstuck”...

Your body will start releasing a lot of fat…

Without extreme dieting or exhausting exercise.

How do I know?

My Name is
Dawn Sylvester…

And while I’m known today as one of the top female fat loss and nutrition experts in the world for women over 45

…helping thousands of women of all ages around the world every year…

It wasn’t always that way.

For most of my life, I struggled with my weight and my body even though I was doing everything “right”.

Then suddenly after 35

I felt so much older than I actually was.

I was dragging myself through life…

And I was hungry all the time.

No matter how much I ate, I never felt full…

And the pounds kept creeping on...

Little Did I Know,
There Was One Tiny Master Hormone
Slowing Everything Down

One of the worst feelings in the world was gaining over 30 pounds of fat…

…even though I was “doing everything right”.

I spent hundreds of dollars with integrative specialists…

I was on every low-fat diet imaginable…

…always eating healthy while still feeling hungry ALL the time...

I was even taking 2 aerobic classes a day...

Spin classes in the morning and a bootcamp class after work...

And THEN I used the treadmill in my garage for an extra hour or so before bed on most days.

I was working my butt off day and night...

Yet I still couldn't lose weight and keep it off

In fact, I was just fighting to not gain more weight.

It wasn’t until I started doing my own research that I uncovered the breakthrough I’m going to share with you today.

Have You Ever Had Your Thyroid Checked ?”

“My what?”, I snarled back.

I was so angry and upset with my body at this point…

That I almost snapped at my doctor who was just trying to help me out.

And it was right at that moment…

In his tiny little office in our small town in Michigan…

That I discovered what was sabotaging my weight for over a decade.

You see, your thyroid is nicknamed your “metabolism gland” because...

Well, it controls your metabolism…

Your fat-burning metabolism is the rate at which your body burns fat and calories.

Pretty important, right?

A slow thyroid leads to a slow metabolism[4]

Which means you burn fewer calories and fat throughout the day.

Now, here’s what you may not know...

Growing evidence, including a new study from Duke University, reveals that…

Your “Metabolism Gland” Takes a
Beating In the Modern World
[5]

Recent estimates show that 40 million women around the world are in serious need of a thyroid boost.

That’s because of everyday stress[6]

Poor food choices[7]

Even chronic dieting[8] makes it hard for your thyroid to function at a high level.

And that’s the thing…

Everyone is cutting way back on calories…

Exercising more than ever…

Even skipping meals and only eating once or twice a day...

And all that’s doing is killing your thyroid and slowing down your metabolism…

To the point where you may never get it back.

This Flies in the Face of Everything
You’ve Been Told Before

I still remember the look in my doctor’s eyes when he told me that weight gain and fatigue were “just a part of getting older”…

And that it’s something “all women over 50 have to deal with”.

It’s like he was giving my body a death sentence.

Like there was nothing I could do, nothing ANYONE could do to fix this problem that haunted me every day.

I couldn’t leave the house without feeling insecure…

I couldn’t go out to dinner with my friends because I just naturally assumed everyone was judging me all the time…

Even complete strangers.

So if you’ve even been in the same place as me…

On the Verge of Giving Up Hope
Because No One Has the Answers
You’re Looking For…

Then you’re in the right place at the exact right time...

Because not only did I find the answer to my super-slow metabolism...

That allowed me to compete in professional swimsuit competitions after the age of 50…

I also started giving it to all my friends and family who had a lot of extra pounds to lose, always felt drained and exhausted...

And were “stuck” and needed a jump start without knowing their thyroid may be to blame…

But the BIG Breakthrough Came
When I Had To Help My Own Mom

It’s still hard for me to talk about this…

Because when you see your own mom laying on the couch for hours…

Drained and zapped with no energy…

You feel helpless.

Growing up she was always on a diet…

None of them ever worked.

She was sometimes on 10 different medications at once…

Yet her weight “never budged”…

And she had no idea why.

Her doctors couldn’t give her any answers…

They always thought she was lying to them…

Because her diet seemed perfect.

And she was more active than most people her age.

Yet she always had a roll of fat around her belly.

And it wasn’t until I discovered this 7-second all natural breakthrough that she lost all her belly fat…

Now she looks, feels and moves better at 80 than she did at 50.

So If You’ve Ever Wondered…

If there might be something inside of you slowing you down…

Something going on behind the scenes that’s sabotaging your results..

Then you’re probably right.

That’s what happened to me.

I saw all these women getting amazing results who weren’t putting in HALF the time or effort that I was…

And while I didn’t want the jealousy to take over...

It always felt like things were just “harder” for me.

And maybe I just wasn’t meant to be skinny.

But here’s the honest truth...

Having a Slow Thyroid Can Suck the
Life Right Out of You

Right around my late 20’s is when I first started putting on a little weight.

And this was right at the beginning of the aerobics and cardio craze.

So I started doing more cardio…

I joined a gym…

And started doing aerobics classes for two hours a day.

I basically lived in that gym.

I was there bright and early in the morning…

And again after work.

To speed things up…

I started following a low-fat diet.

Low-fat mayo, low-fat peanut butter, low-fat salad dressings.

You name it, I wanted to make sure there was as little fat in my diet as possible.

After all, everyone told me that eating fat made you fat.

Still, I started gaining more weight, so I cut my calories back even more.

I Was Exercising So Much
That I Was EXHAUSTED All the Time

Even worse, my mom started experiencing extreme fatigue that was much worse than mine.

She was in her 40’s at the time…

And she’d feel fine for a couple days, then the chronic fatigue would hit, and she’d lay on the couch for hours just exhausted.

She was finally diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was put on Synthroid…

Which is one of the most common thyroid medications.

And she was basically told by her doctor…

Your thyroid was the problem.

You’re going to take this medication for the rest of your life…

And there isn’t anything you can do about it.

Nothing you can do will change it.”

And back in those days, medical care isn’t like it is now.

You basically listened to what your doctor said and didn’t question it.

Here’s The Secret:

My Slow Thyroid Wouldn’t Let Me
Lose Weight
[9]

Year after year, my weight kept going up…

Even though I was living in the gym.

Eventually, I asked my doctor if I potentially had a thyroid issue.

And he said, “No, you wouldn’t be able to exercise as much as you do…

In Fact, You Should Probably Exercise A Little More and The Weight Will Come Off.

That’s right, apparently doing aerobics and cardio for nearly two hours a day wasn’t enough…

And “more exercise” was the answer.

I Paid Even MORE Money to
“Experts” Who Couldn’t Solve
My Weight Problem

This was the final straw that broke the camel’s back.

Shortly after getting diagnosed with “low thyroid”…

…which is when the thyroid gland doesn’t produce enough thyroid hormones to meet the needs of the body (also known as an underactive thyroid)…[10]

I went to an Integrative Healthcare Specialist, which was $450 per visit.

I stuck with her for 2 years, and saw her 4-5 times a year…

And around the same time, I started doing a lot of my own research.

Basically, what they told me was to eat more greens and plants.

Which is “ok” advice, just not exactly what I was looking for.

I was already on a low-fat diet, so getting enough vegetables wasn’t the problem.

And So, I Started Taking Matters
Into My Own Hands

Even though I was paying thousands of dollars a year to see some of the best thyroid specialists in the world…

Nothing was really changing.

I was angry all the time…

I was still exhausted…

My hair started falling out…

I was stuck with this belly pooch that was resistant to diet and exercise…

I mean, if you looked at what I ate in a day…

And how much I exercised…

I should have lost like 40 pounds.

And so, after realizing that no one else could help me…

I knew I had to start figuring this out for myself.

After 15 Years Of Intense Research…

I Found the “Missing Link”
That Allows Any Woman To
Experience Rapid And Youthful
Fat Loss At Any Age

I was done waiting for everyone else to give me the answers I was looking for.

When your hair starts falling out…

Your weight never budges…

And you’re tired all the time, no matter how much sleep you get...

You realize that something has to change NOW and you can’t wait another second.

Your life is basically wasting away in front of you because you’re too exhausted to enjoy it.

And so, the first step I took was changing my diet and eliminating the refined foods.

I knew that if my “metabolism hormones” were low…

Then my body wouldn’t burn much fat or calories.

On top of that, menopause was starting to kick in, which only slowed things down even more.

My first big breakthrough came when I discovered…

3 Hidden “Thyroid Disruptors”
That Kill The Female Metabolism And
BLOCK Your “Holy Grail Hormone

Thyroid disruptors are elements that block the activity of thyroid hormone in the body.

It’s like being trapped in a stalled car.

You want to get out, but you can’t.

You’re stuck.

You can’t move.

Everything slows down to a complete stop and you can’t move forward.

It’s the same thing with your thyroid.

Certain foods and chemicals suppress this thyroid hormone and when that happens, your fat-burning metabolism can slow down to a crawl.

Thyroid Disruptor #1: Chlorine

Do you ever swim in a swimming pool or go in a hot tub?

Unfortunately, both of those may be affecting your thyroid.

Here’s why…

Chlorine is related to iodine in the periodic table. Which causes it to compete with iodine and potentially block iodine update in the thyroid gland[11].

Iodine is an important mineral when it comes to proper thyroid function.[12]

Most of us are deficient in iodine, and since it’s used to make thyroid hormone, low-levels can result in a low-functioning thyroid.[13]

In turn, this can slow down your metabolism…

And make you feel tired more often.

That’s why it’s important to get enough iodine, along with the other nutrients that create thyroid hormone, so you’re less affected when you go for a refreshing swim in the pool, or relax in a hot tub.

Thyroid Disruptor #2: Fluoride

Who would have thought drinking water could affect your thyroid levels?

Well it can, here’s how…

Are you still drinking water from the tap?

If you are, then you’ll want to take notice.

While it’s no secret that most traditional tap water is filled with chemicals, what most don’t know is that one in particular negatively affects your thyroid.

The elevated fluoride from drinking water impacts the production of T3, T4, as well as Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH).

In fact, a recent study showed that higher levels of fluoride leads to a greater impairment of thyroid function[14].

And so, while we’ve all been told to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day…

Without the right filtration system in your home (which can cost hundreds of dollars), you may be damaging your thyroid without even knowing.

Thyroid Disruptor #3: Goitrogens

Did you know that cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts can actually disrupt your thyroid?[15]

It’s true.

You see, these vegetables contain chemicals called goitrogens[15] that blocks the activity of the thyroid hormone and can cause an enlargement of the thyroid.

And when production of your main thyroid hormone is blocked, your metabolism slows down…

Your stomach may feel more bloated and distressed…

And it can make you feel “heavier” around your middle.

This is why some women struggle even when they eat more vegetables.

Now, you don’t have to give up all vegetables completely.

Simply steam them instead of eating them raw.

3 Worst Thyroid-Killing Foods
You Must Absolutely AVOID

One thing you’ll want to remember is that your thyroid needs certain nutrients to thrive…

And on the other end of the stick, there are certain foods and anti-nutrients that suppress this tiny thyroid hormone.

#1 - Raw Vegetables

We’ve all been told to eat more veggies, especially if you want to lose weight…

However, when it comes to your thyroid, in some cases vegetables can do more harm than good.

Take kale and broccoli for example.

Both of these vegetables contain a chemical compound called “goitrogens” which I just mentioned above.

Goitrogens have been known to inhibit thyroid hormone production, especially in women who are low in iodine.[16]

When your body doesn’t produce enough thyroid hormone, your metabolism slows down, which means weight loss slows down as well.

These vegetables have also been known to cause bloating and stomach uneasiness when consumed, so if you do plan on eating them, pay attention to how you feel afterwards.

While these are considered “healthy” foods for most people…

If you have a sluggish thyroid, they could be making it worse.

#2 - Soy & Tofu

Soy-based products like tofu, soybeans, and soy milk can impair thyroid function because they have estrogen in them[17]

…and as you get older, your ratio of estrogen in the body increases…

Which leads to an environment where you start storing more fat.[18]

On top of that, soy isoflavones interfere[19] with how the thyroid works and inhibits thyroid hormone production.

And it binds up the receptors on your cells that are intended to receive T3 hormone.

Which can lead to:

  • Weight gain[20]
  • Dry skin[20]
  • Mood swings[20]
  • Water retention[20]
  • Digestive problems[20]

That’s why I always recommend that my private clients remove soy for the first 30 days…

Because it’s one of the easiest things you can do to get your thyroid balanced and moving in the right direction again.

#3 - Vegetable & Canola Oil

For years, we’ve been told that vegetable and canola oil are “healthy” because they’re low in saturated fat.

Yet we now know that’s completely not true.

In fact, one of the best things you can do for your thyroid and your weight is removing these harmful oils from your pantry immediately.

You see…

Vegetable and canola oil are high in Omega 6 polyunsaturated fats.[21]

The problem with that is…

During the extraction process, the polyunsaturated fats become damaged and oxidized.

If you then cook with these oils, they become damaged even further.

Most canola and vegetable oils these days are also partially hydrogenated, which creates trans fats.[22]

The presence of these trans fats can cause inflammation in the body…[23]

Which affects your thyroid and slows down weight loss.

This Is What
a Healthy Thyroid Looks Like:

Do you see how clean and healthy it looks?

And how it’s still its natural color?

And how there aren’t any black, green, or yellow toxins anywhere?

A healthy thyroid optimizes your fat-burning metabolism…

And this is how it should look when it’s healthy.

This Is What
“Thyroid Fatigue” Looks Like:

Do you see the color distortion in this picture?

And how the thyroid looks old, worn down, and corrupted?

It’s very hard for this thyroid to produce the necessary level of thyroid hormones you need to have a normal metabolism…

Even worse…

This can be happening year after year without you seeing or feeling a thing.

That’s how “thyroid fatigue” creeps up on you…

Until you finally get so tired, so exhausted, and so frustrated with extra weight gain that you’re desperate for answers.

Now You Might Be Wondering…

What Causes “Thyroid Fatigue”?

The tricky part is…

It can’t be traced to just one known cause.

In fact, with most adult women, it’s usually a combination of factors…

“Why Am I So Tired All The Time?”

An overall feeling of “sluggishness” is one of the most reported causes of  low thyroid[24]. This can go unnoticed as just a natural part of aging.

When the body is flooded with the thyroid suppressing toxins that are found in certain foods and household items, the body has to work overtime, and it’s easy to feel tired all the time, no matter how much “rest” the body gets…

A common myth is that the body simply needs more sleep; however, that doesn’t solve the problem at the source…

The thyroid hormones need to be optimized with the thyroid-friendly foods below so that a woman’s body can thrive.

“Why Is My Hair Thinning?”

Hair growth and loss can depend on the proper functioning of the thyroid gland. Abnormal levels of thyroid hormones can result in hair changes, like thinning, brittle hair, and hair loss.

And since the body’s metabolic function is also controlled by the thyroid, when it slows down, a woman’s skin may become dry, lackluster and cold.

When the thyroid is healthy and functioning properly, a woman’s hair and skin has a better chance to appear more full, hydrated, and vibrant.

“Why Is My Brain Foggy?”

Dr. Raymond Peat refers to brain fog and how low thyroid levels can limit mental function, make it difficult to concentrate[25], and just make doing things around the house feel overwhelming at times.

See, the brain requires a large amount of fuel just to function, according to Dr. Peat. And if blood flow is restricted because of low thyroid hormone levels, it makes it more difficult to get nutrients and fuel to the cells.

This combination of low fuel, nutrients, and thyroid hormone levels can result in low energy production from the brain, Peat says.

The BIG Breakthrough Came
Just a Few Days Later

The funny thing is…

As the months went by…

My doctors started noticing all the research I was doing…

Sometimes it felt like I had more answers than they did…

And while I started coming up with these different lists of thyroid foods, herbs, and all natural remedies...

That were finally allowing me to lose weight and regain my energy…

…they started to take notice.

One day, my Integrative Health Specialist said to me…

I love all the research you’re doing…

If you could put all that together in an email and send it to me, I’d like to share it with my patients.”

Wait! What??

I thought to myself…

Why am I paying YOU $450 a visit if MY information is what you want to share with your patients?

And so…

I started putting together lists…

I kept a journal…

Where I was just scribbling down all these little things that I was noticing with my body when I took matters into my own hands…

Like how caffeine seemed to slow things down, even though I was super tired and needed a pick-me-up…

However, the big breakthrough came when...

I Discovered
3 “Missing Thyroid Nutrients”
You MUST Add to Your Diet

Starting Today

Missing Thyroid Nutrient #1

Magnesium

The thyroid cannot function without magnesium.

And according to data from the National Health and National Examination (2001 – 2010) in the United States, only 24.8% of female participants met the recommended daily allowance of magnesium[26].

And an Austrian study found that low serum magnesium is associated with abnormal thyroid function.

One food that’s rich in magnesium is avocado.

However, one medium avocado contains just 58 mg of magnesium…

Which means you’d have to eat 7 whole avocadoes per day in order to keep your magnesium at the recommended daily levels.

Missing Thyroid Nutrient #2

Zinc

This is a big one because zinc is required for the synthesis of thyroid hormone.

Conversely, thyroid hormones are essential for the absorption of zinc and thus having an unbalanced thyroid can result in a zinc deficiency.

In fact, according to a study from the Department of Pediatrics at Kumamoto University School of Medicine in Japan…

Zinc may play a role in thyroid hormone metabolism and may contribute to conversion of T4 to T3 hormones in humans[27].

This is important because T3 is the active thyroid hormone and having enough of it is critical.

The first step in fixing this is incorporating more zinc into your diet.

One of the best sources of zinc are legumes, such as chickpeas, lentils, and beans.

However, they also contain phytates. Phytates are antinutrients that inhibit the absorption of zinc in the body.

That means the zinc isn’t well absorbed and isn’t readily available in the body.

On top of that, beans are very high in carbohydrates which can slow weight loss, especially those with a slower metabolism.

Thyroid Nutrient #3

Selenium

Selenium is essential for thyroid function.

It’s essential to thyroid hormone metabolism, reproduction, DNA synthesis, and it can protect you from damage resulting from oxidative stress[28].

In adults, the thyroid has the highest concentration of selenium in the body.

And this mineral plays a key role in your ability to produce thyroid hormone.

Your body doesn’t make selenium, so the only way to get it is through food or supplementation.

After Discovering These Little-Known
Metabolism-Boosting Nutrients…

I started adding them to my diet the next day.

I was making thyroid smoothies…

I was eating more thyroid-boosting foods than ever…

And within the first few days…

I was down a couple pounds.

Which was HUGE for me because my weight had been stuck for years.

It’s like I was finally moving in the right direction.

But I was still skeptical…

Because while losing a few pounds was great…

I had a lot more to lose…

So I kept digging deeper into the research…

Desperate to find anything that would speed things up…

As I Dug Deeper I Discovered...

11 additional nutrients that most people are missing...

And yet are absolutely critical to optimal thyroid health as you get older.

Nutrients NOBODY is using, like...

Vitamin B-12, Bladderwrack, Copper, Manganese, Molybdenum, L-Tyrosine, Schizandra, Ashwagandha, Iodine, Cayenne Pepper, and Kelp.[29]

Heck, I hadn’t even heard of half of these nutrients before…

Which is probably why my belly pooch never budged.

And so, I stocked up on spices…

I started eating more of these nutrient-packed foods…

And I cut out EVERYTHING else.

If it didn’t have at least one of these thyroid nutrients, then I wouldn’t eat it.

And after just a few months…

Something incredible happened.

I knew the inches were coming off because my jeans started sliding down my hips when I walked…

But I refused to weigh myself because I didn’t want to be disappointed.

Stepping on the scale always led to disappointment...

However, after dropping a few sizes…

I worked up the courage…

I stepped on the scale…

And I SCREAMED when I saw the number flashing in front of me…

My husband Craig thought someone broke into the house…

But the truth is…

They were screams of joy because...

For The First Time In My Life
I Weighed 108 Pounds…
At the Age of 60

Take a look…

And after getting all the way down to a size 2…

I finally had the confidence to rock a bikini despite being older than some “grandmothers”...

It’s like my body was finally releasing the breaks on my body fat…

And it was melting off my body faster than I could have imagined.

Even though I was over the moon with my new bikini body…

And how much thinner I was…

It came at a price.

You see...

In Order to Get ALL These
Missing Thyroid Nutrients
I Had To Eat A LOT of Bland Food

If you wanted to get the daily recommended dose of each of these 14 thyroid super-nutrients through diet alone…

Here’s what that would look like PER DAY:

  • 7 avocados (Magnesium)
  • 2-3 bowls of seaweed (Iodine & Bladderwrack)
  • 1 ½ cups of baked beans (Zinc)
  • 8-12 oz. Beef Liver (Vitamin B-12)
  • Handful of brazil nuts (Selenium)
  • 3 Cups Swiss Chard (Copper)
  • Toasted Wheat Germ (Manganese)
  • Peas (Molybdenum)
  • Raw Chum (L-Tyrosine)
  • Schizandra Berry (Schizandra)
  • Ashwagandha Seeds (Ashwagandha)
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • 3-5 servings of Kelp

Keep in mind, you’d have to eat this Every. Single. Day.

Are you a beef liver fan?

I’m not.

And so, while I was thinner than ever…

I knew I couldn’t keep this up.

Because I was spending so much time making these nutrient-packed meals…

It was REALLY expensive…

I was going to the grocery store 2-3 times a week to get fresh ingredients...

And to be honest…

I got bored eating the same foods over and over again.

I mean, you can only eat so much sea kelp.

And You’d Have to Spend
Over $100 EVERY Day
To Eat This Much Food

On top of that, it’s completely unrealistic to think that you would eat this way for more than just a few days…

And while you can get these missing thyroid nutrients from other food sources…

The sheer volume of food you would have to makes it nearly impossible.

I did it because I was desperate to get the weight off…

But if you’re married, if you have kids…

And other people you’re cooking for…

It becomes almost impossible to do this long term.

Even Though My Belly Was Flatter Than Ever

There Had To Be an Easier Way

After forcing down another seaweed and kelp salad…

I got a message from a physical therapist named Rick Kaselj.

Rick and I had met at a health conference in San Diego a little over a year ago…

And we stayed in touch.

It turns out, a lot of his patients who were struggling with back, knee and joint pain…

Also had weight problems.

After all, they couldn’t really exercise in their condition.

And after working with some specialists in his area, he discovered a lot of them had slower metabolisms…

Due to a sluggish thyroid.

And it makes sense, because most people have no idea their thyroid is holding them back.

It turns out, over the past year…

He was in the lab with a few scientists, putting together an advanced thyroid formula.

Because his patients were running into the same problems that I was…

They hated the foods they were eating…

Their meals were bland and boring…

And while they were seeing positive results, they knew it wouldn’t last.

It was just too big of a lifestyle change.

So they put together a thyroid formula for your metabolism…

That includes ALL 14 super-nutrients I shared with you today.

That way, you can get everything you need in a tiny capsule…

Instead of spending thousands of dollars on groceries…

And dozens of hours making complicated meals each week.

That’s why he reached out to me...

Because they finally hit a breakthrough.

By creating a highly absorbable and highly digestible all-in-one thyroid booster that contains all 14 thyroid nutrients I mentioned here today.

In Just 7 Seconds

You Get 100% of the
“Thyroid Boosting Nutrients”
You Need For a Faster Fat-Burning

While I was excited to hear the news...

I was still skeptical....

Because like most things…

It sounded too good to be true.

That’s why I had to make sure it was legit and trustworthy.

And so we hired neutral, third party testers and scientists…

Went through a painstakingly thorough testing and verification process that almost bankrupted us all…

Today, I’d like to introduce:

The World’s Only

Metabolism-Boosting Kit

For Women & Men Over 45

Step #1 - Thyroid Support

As you know, the hormonal changes that women go through in your 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and beyond is much different than men[30]

And so you need a simple and easy solution that works WITH these hormonal processes as you get older.

Which is how Thyroid Support came to be.

As a 60 year old woman myself, I wasn’t willing to put my name on any product that wasn’t the absolute best in its field.

Look, I Tried To Do This
With Diet Alone…

And it was simply too much food for any woman to eat day after day.

Not to mention the digestive issues that most women face with a sluggish thyroid only made things more challenging…

And I just couldn’t eat any more kelp and seaweed.

I also tried to do this with traditional supplementation…

And before I knew it, I was spending over $300 a month on pricey pills that never made me feel any better.

And I tried prescription medication…

Yet all it did was make me feel drowsy, weak, and rob me of my energy.

What’s worse is that after a few months, your body can become resistant to thyroid medication…

Which means you’re constantly changing prescriptions, spending even more money…

And your body goes through this rollercoaster of never ending drugs with nasty side effects.

It took me over 20 years to piece this all together…

Which is why I’m so passionate about developing a solution that works because my mom and I struggled for far too long.

This 14-In-1 Advanced Thyroid Support Formula Is Perfect For:

  • Anyone who suspects they have a sluggish metabolism and exercise hasn’t fixed the problem
  • Any woman struggling with chronic fatigue that doesn’t get better no matter how much rest you get
  • Anyone who wants to have more natural energy that lasts
  • Any woman who has struggled with their weight for a long time and has never received an honest answer why it’s been so difficult

Remember, There Is No Other
Thyroid Support Formula In the World
That Offers This Combination of
“Missing Thyroid Nutrients” for Women

After looking back on my years of chronic fatigue, sleepless nights, and frustrating weight gain…

It all comes back to the nutrients my body wasn’t getting.

I honestly think if I would have known about this in my 30’s, I could have prevented it…

And yet, it really is a blessing in disguise because it forced me to uncover all the lies and myths when it comes to female hormones as we get older.

That’s why, when it came time to develop the absolute best thyroid formula for women…

I made sure it contained all the nutrients that I was missing for years. Specifically:

Magnesium

Helps support thyroid hormones – Cinar V. The effects of magnesium supplementation on thyroid hormones of sedentars and Tae-Kwon-Do sportsperson at resting and exhaustion. Neuro Endocrinology Letters. 2007; 28(5):708-712.

Zinc and Magnesium

May help support thyroid hormone levels – Baydas B, et al. Effects of oral zinc and magnesium supplementation on serum thyroid hormone and lipid levels in experimentally induced diabetic rats. Biological Trace Element Research. 2002;88(3):247-253.

Magnesium, Selenium

May help support the thyroid – Moncayo R, et al.

Kelp

Helps support thyroid hormone levels – Key TJA, et al. Raised thyroid stimulating hormone associated with kelp intake in British vegan men. Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics. 1992.

Helps support thyroid hormones – Clark CD, et al. Effects of kelp supplementation on thyroid function in euthyroid subjects. Endocrine Practice. 2003;9(5):363-369.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha effectively improves an individual’s resistance to stress and improves self-assessed quality of life – Chandrasekhar K, et al. A prospective, randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled study of safety and efficacy of a high concentration full-spectrum extract of Ashwagandha root in reducing stress and anxiety in adults. Indian J Psychol Med. 2012;34(3):

Ashwagandha resulted in significant improvements in perceived stress, food cravings, happiness, and serum cortisol levels, body weight and body mass index – Choudhary D, et al. Body weight management in adults under chronic stress through treatment with Ashwagandha root extract: a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial. Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine. 2016.

Selenium

Helps support the thyroid – Negro R, et al. The influence of selenium supplementation on postpartum thyroid status in pregnant women with thyroid peroxidase autoantibodies. The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism. 2007;92(4):1263-1268.

Helps support the thyroid – Oliviero O, et al. Low selenium status in the elderly influences thyroid hormones. Clinical Science. 1995;89(6):637-642.

Helps support the thyroid – Contempre B, et al. Effect of selenium supplementation on thyroid hormone metabolism in an iodine and selenium deficient population. Clinical Endocrinology. 1992;36(6):579-583.

Copper

Results suggest that a higher copper efficiency could influence iron, iodine, and thyroid hormones (Helps support the thyroid) – Kazi TG, et al. Interaction of copper with iron, iodine, and thyroid hormone status in goitrous patients. Biological Trace Element Research. 2010;134(3):265-279.

Manganese

A diet that is low in Manganese affects growth and thyroid hormone metabolism (Helps support the thyroid) – Eder K, et al. The effect of manganese supply on thyroid hormone metabolism in the offspring of manganese-depleted dams. Biological Trace Element Research. 1996;55:137.

Iodine

Helps support the thyroid – Pederson KM, et al. Amelioration of some pregnancy-associated variations in thyroid function by iodine supplementaion. The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism. 1993;77(4):1078-1083.

Selenium, Iodine

Helps support the thyroid – Thomson CD, et al. Selenium and iodine supplementation: effect on thyroid function of older New Zealanders. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. 2009;90(4):1038-1046.

Vitamin B-12, Zinc

Helps support the thyroid – Kilic M, et al. The effect of exhausting exercise on thyroid hormones and testosterone levels of elite athletes receiving oral zinc. Neuro Endocrinology Letters. 2006;27(1-2):247-252.

The results show that zinc may play a role in thyroid hormone metabolism in patients with low T3 and may play a role in the conversion of T4 to T3 (Helps support the thyroid) – Nishiyama S, et al. Zinc supplementation alters thyroid hormone metabolism in disabled patients with zinc deficiency. Journal of the American College of Nutrition. 1994.

Helps support the thyroid – Arthur JR, et al. The effects of selenium depletion and repletion on the metabolism of thyroid hormones in the rat. Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry. 1990;39(2): 101-108.

And These Thyroid Boosting
Super Nutrients
Are The “Missing Link” To:

Increased Energy

Suboptimal thyroid health can lead to feeling tired some of the time.[31] Our supplement helps you regain your energy and focus so that you feel younger and much more energetic.

Feel Stronger

Another common symptom of suboptimal thyroid health is occasional muscle weakness and body discomfort.[32] Taking our supplement regularly could help you keep normal muscle strength and feel younger and healthier.

Sharpen Your Memory

“Fuzzy thinking” is common amongst those with thyroid health concerns.[33] The ingredients in Thyroid Support could help you support your memory so that you are able to think more clearly and remember much more, more easily.

Better Tolerate Cold Temperatures

Feel cold at times? It could be because of thyroid health. Thyroid Support will fuel your inner furnace[34] and help you feel warmer in cold temperatures.

Stop Hair Loss & Hair Thinning

A common tie in with thyroid health is hair loss and hair thinning.[35] The ingredients in our supplement have been shown to lessen these symptoms in their tracks and help you get thicker, healthier hair.

Lose Weight

Poor thyroid health can cause a “puffy face” and also lead to weight gain in the abdomen, which is often called “thyroid belly.” Improving thyroid health could help you shed those unwanted pounds fast![36]

Your Metabolism
Is In An Energy Crisis

When you don’t take the time to balance your thyroid…

You’re asking your body to exert energy it doesn’t have.

It’s like trying to vacuum the living room floor without plugging in the vacuum first.

It’s going to be a lot of hard work…

You’re going to push, and push, and push…

Without any payoff.

Only to leave you feeling exhausted and frustrated.

That’s Why I Believe
So Many Women Can Benefit
From Thyroid Support

Whether you’ve been diagnosed as having a specific thyroid condition…

Or you’re simply aware of how tired you are all the time…

And how the weight doesn’t come off as easy for you as it does for others…

One thing is for sure…

Having a sluggish thyroid that isn’t getting the nutrients it needs is a ticking time bomb…

For my mom, it resulted in hours laying on the couch, exhausted, while the “experts” told her it was all in her head.

You know better than anyone else how you feel.

And if you think that something may be wrong, then you’re probably right.

So if you want to make sure your body and health are best protected…

These 14 powerful ingredients inside each capsule of Thyroid Support can help.

Now, you may be wondering…

How Can I Get My Own Supply
of Thyroid Support…

And How Much Should I Take Each Day?

As a small town mom from Michigan, I don’t have a huge bankroll…

Which means the inventory for Thyroid Support is extremely limited.

You see, I care more about quality than quantity.

And I can’t afford to have thousands of bottles sitting in a warehouse waiting to be used.

The truth is, each batch of Thyroid Support is produced in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certified Facility under strict third-party guidelines.

And it contains scientifically-backed natural ingredients and third party quality assurance testing.

Basically, that means we put all of our care into making the best thyroid supplement money can buy.

And since we keep a low-inventory to ensure the best quality, we are at the risk of running out at any given moment.

Especially now since the word is starting to spread about how important quality thyroid health is to the female body.

This Means We’re Always At Risk
of Running Out Of Stock

And since my team and I are financing this out of our own pockets…

We can only produce a limited quantity of Thyroid Support at any given time.

That’s Why the Women
Who Have Been With Us
From the Beginning Always Order
Multiple Bottles At a Time…

Which can make it difficult for us to keep up with the demand.

So while we’re excited about the Thyroid Support’s rapid growth and popularity…

It is a very real risk that we can run out of stock on any given day.

With that being said, I am sincere in wanting to help you overcome the struggles my mom and I went through for years…

Struggles that we didn’t have answers to at the time…

Especially when you can start
feeling relief in as little as

7 seconds…

…compared to the 10 years I struggled on my own.

Which is why in just a moment I’m going to share how you can get a heavily discounted batch of Thyroid Support so you can try it out for yourself...

…in celebration of my upcoming 60th birthday.

However, first let’s go back to the original question…

How Much Thyroid Support
Should I Take Every Day?

Since each capsule contains all 14 thyroid-boosting nutrients…

You may think the more you take the better.

But that’s not entirely the case.

First, I want to save you  money…

And I don’t want you to run out too soon…

So while some supplement companies push you to take way more than the recommended dose…

…so you’ll buy more of their products…

I wasn’t raised that way.

And my 83 year old mom, who’s still thriving, wouldn’t be pleased if I came across as being dishonest…

For the best results, simply take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.

Please do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Here’s Why It’s Important
to Take Thyroid Support
For At Least 30 Days

I understand that skepticism is at an all time high these days…

In fact, that’s the way it should be.

However, when it comes to your body…

It’s very important that you stick with something long enough so that you give it a chance to work.

If you told your children or grandchildren to eat more vegetables with their meals…

…and they said no because they didn’t notice the benefits after one measly day…

Well, you’d do your best to convince them to stick with it.

Because you know in the long run, their health and their bodies will benefit from eating more vegetables.

It’s the same thing here…

While I’m Extremely Confident
That You Will Start Noticing
a Change Early On…

The Longer You Use Thyroid Support,
The Better Your Chances of
Transforming Your Health

Listen, I don’t want you to take my word for it…

Linda certainly didn’t.

Yet it only took a few days for her to start seeing changes in the mirror…

"I feel younger now,
and better than I did years ago"

After years of struggling with fatigue and hormonal imbalances, I feel better approaching 60 than I have in ages. I thank my “mentor and life coach”, Dawn Sylvester, for her guidance and wonderful simple to follow, healthy living tips.

I am stronger, more energetic, and have the confidence I never had. I now know what she means when she says “forget fad diets and hours of cardio”. I eat tasty foods, use supplements that keep the pain away, and feel great!

I feel younger now, and better than I did years ago. Balanced, hormonally sound, vital. Life is very good, and I look forward to the future.

Thank you, Dawn.

Linda Johnson, 58

And then there’s Dr. Alison Ramsden…

"Through my interaction with Dawn,
I have been extremely impressed"

Dawn is extremely passionate about the relationship between lifestyle and health. She loves to share this passion with others through coaching women, utilizing her knowledge of nutrition.

Through her own struggles, Dawn has had first-hand experience of how methods of staying away from fad diets and processed foods and maintaining an active lifestyle can help balanced hormones and prevent weight gain and weakness.

She shares her methods with her female clients, particularly addressing those concerns related to women aging and menopause. Through my interaction with Dawn, I have been extremely impressed by her determination, enthusiasm and proactive approach to her health.

The Same Bonuses That
Helped Helen Transform Her Life

"I love all the options to eat...
I am NEVER hungry"

Most people write testimonials that say their ‘lives have been changed’.  I feel this does not even touch the surface of what Dawn Sylvester has done for me. She has changed MY outlook on MY life. To me, this is far more valuable. Through her, I have been valuing every day in my new body and refreshed mind.

I love all of the options to eat. I am NEVER hungry or obsessed with what I am missing. Her plan makes sense, not like the other methods that leave you starving and feeling tired (nearly all women have tried those and failed!). Her methodology coaches not only how, but why she chooses the meals she chooses for us.

For overall wellness, longevity and to feel good while looking good. Dawn has a positive outlook on her own life, and that is an important part of aging that she has made me feel too!

Helen Watson, 49

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is my thyroid and why should I be so concerned about it?

Your thyroid is a small, butterfly-shaped gland located at the base of your throat in front of your windpipe. Your thyroid is responsible for creating and releasing important hormones known as your thyroid hormones – primarily triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4). These hormones are incredibly important for energy and metabolism function, and when they’re off balance, you’ll feel off balance.

Q: Why is supplementing with the right ingredients so important to both thyroid health and my overall health?

All too often when someone is concerned about maintaining their thyroid health, they look to impact the thyroid hormones (T3 and T4). At first glance, this seems like a logical place to start. If your body is experiencing symptoms, then wouldn’t it be a good idea to correct these imbalances?

But this approach is turning out to be short-sighted. If you only target the optimal thyroid hormone balance and do nothing else, you completely disregard what’s important in the first place.

To effectively keep your thyroid producing healthy levels of thyroid hormones and prevent further concerns about this important gland, you must ensure it gets the natural ingredients it needs to function optimally.

Q: Are the ingredients in your supplement backed by scientific research?

Yes, numerous studies have been conducted on our supplements’ ingredients and their effect on the thyroid. Here are some of the more prominent studies:
