Common Questions


#1 – When can I expect to receive my printed copy of the cookbook in the mail?

If you ordered the Digital + Printed Book option, please note that it usually takes the warehouse about 1 – 3 business days to prepare and ship out your order. We use the U.S. Postal Service, and what we have found is their expected mailing times are as follows:

  • If you live in the continental U.S., it will take 3 – 5 business days to receive your order after being shipped.
  • If you live in another part of North America (e.g. Canada, Mexico or states outside of the continental U.S.), it can sometimes take 7 – 14 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.
  • If you live outside of North America (e.g. Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia), it can take 14 – 20 business days to arrive after being shipped.

If for some reason you have been waiting for your printed cookbook longer than these expected delivery times (as described above), then please email us at support@ExercisesForInjuries.com, or call us at 1-888-291-2430. I want to make sure you receive everything you ordered.

#2 – When will I receive my email with download details?

Within the next 15 minutes or so, you will receive an email (to the email address you used when placing your order) that gives you access to the download page. Please save this email with the download details, and mark it as important so you can easily access it when needed.

#3 – What if I don’t see the email from Rick?

Check the Trash or Junk folder for the copy of your cookbook. The message containing the copy of your cookbook may have been flagged as trash, spam, or junk.

#4 – How do I ensure that I receive future updates to my program?

When these updates are available, you will be notified by email.
